Hundreds of runners took part in the Pewsey Vale Running Club’s Terminator Race 2019 today.

Starting at Pewsey Vale School



Competitors followed a mainly off-road route, along the Kennet & Avon canal through the tiny hamlet of New Mills, before arriving at the first real challenge
"The Wildebeest Leap" some 3 miles into the race.





Some Jump, some wade, some swim, some go round outside, and some a good old wallow




Onward, towards Milton Lilbourne passing Easton Royal see's the halfway stage reached, as runners tried to conserve some energy for the final climb up to the famous Pewsey Vale White Horse.

They then promptly descending back into Pewsey village, with one last river crossing, providing much needed cooling and relief from the heat, The Footwash! before the final push back to Pewsey Vale School and the finish line.
